Originally from Toronto, I now live in Squamish, British Columbia with my dog, Scarlet and husband, Adam. We are all passionate mountain athletes and curious by nature. I have been a national level athlete most of my life in various sports, but firmly believe my sense of play is inseparable from my competitive drive. My curiosity about people and human nature has led me to earn a few degrees in psychology and to pursue a professional career as a psychotherapist with a focus on mental performance. For over a decade I have worked with high performers including students in professional degree programs, athletes, business leaders and entrepreneurs. I also hold a masters degree in business, entrepreneurship and technology and have dabbled in a few business ventures of my own (including this one!). When I’m not supporting others in their mental health and performance goals you can usually find me running/snowboarding/skiing/climbing and generally moving in the mountains with Scarlet and Adam - it’s a part time job keeping up with those two!
