I provide a range of services including counselling, consulting, writing, and programming for individuals, businesses, teams and groups related to mental health and mental performance.

One-on-one consulting sessions for individuals who want input, guidance, and insight into mental strategies for performance. Sessions differ from counselling in that individuals are at a stable baseline of mental health, and looking to implement mental strategies in order to optimize performance in a specific domain, such as sport, academics or business ventures.

Non-crisis virtual counselling sessions for individuals in Ontario and British Columbia struggling with mild to moderate mental health challenges related to anxiety, depression, and stress management.

Writing is one of my passions, so combining it with the topic of mental health in order to offer informed perspective and education is something I love to do.
